Alan R. Horky is a partner in the Pensacola office of Fuller, Johnson, Kehoe, Horky and Rettig, LLC. Mr. Horky’s practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation matters with emphasis on personal injury, professional malpractice defense and appellate litigation. Mr. Horky also practices worker’s compensation defense. Mr. Horky has served as lead counsel throughout Northwest Florida on numerous civil jury, bench trials and appeals.
Mr. Horky received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida in 1984. In 1988, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law with honors. Thereafter, he served as Senior Law Clerk for the Honorable Anne C. Booth, Judge of the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee.
Mr. Horky is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Worker’s Compensation Section, the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
