Fred M. Johnson is a partner in the Pensacola office of Fuller, Johnson, Kehoe, Horky and Rettig, LLC.  Mr. Johnson has been lead counsel in over 100 civil jury trials. His 30 years of litigation experience includes product liability, vehicular and premises accidents, professional errors and omissions, as well as real property and commercial litigation. Mr. Johnson has served as coverage counsel for insurers and has lectured on extra-contractual liability resulting from bad faith claims practices. 

Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1970 and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1972.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Florida Bar, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has an AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell.  He is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and in the United States District Courts, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
