Michael W. Kehoe is the managing partner in the Pensacola office of Fuller, Johnson, Kehoe, Horky and Rettig, LLC. Mr. Kehoe concentrates on a broad range of civil litigation including medical and other professional malpractice, construction litigation, and all types of insurance defense litigation. He has served as lead counsel in jury trials throughout the Florida Panhandle including Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Franklin, Gadsden and Leon Counties.
Mr. Kehoe received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1981. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kehoe served in the United States Army overseas, earning an honorable discharge. In 1988, he received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, where he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law. Before joining the firm he served as law clerk for the Honorable Douglass B. Shivers of the First District Court of Appeal, State of Florida, and he completed an internship for the Honorable Benjamin F. Overton of the Florida Supreme Court.
Mr. Kehoe is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the Pensacola Claims Association. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
