S. William Fuller, Jr. is a partner in the Pensacola office of Fuller, Johnson, Kehoe, Horky and Rettig, LLC.  Mr. Fuller primarily specializes in the areas of medical malpractice and professional errors and omissions. 

Mr. Fuller received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1965 from the University of Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1970.

Mr. Fuller is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.  He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.  Mr. Fuller is also a Diplomat in the Court Practice Institute, a Faculty Member for the Defense Counsel Trial Academy and the Florida Bar Annual Trial Advocacy Seminar and is a Graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Advanced Trial Advocacy Workshop.  Mr. Fuller is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and in the United States District Courts, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
